I have 2 boys, a husband, a job and a business. And a household to run. I’m not a teacher… covid taught me that. I love my kids abut I just can’t teach. I don’t have the patience and I always end up yelling. My biggest problem is that I never struggled in school so I have no idea how to help my struggling kids. . I can’t keep asking my teenager if he did his work… I’m tired of talking . I feel like I’m MAKING an enemy. Worksheet cloud means I can monitor without monitoring. He gets to see that he is struggling and needs to put more effort WITHOUT ME SAYING IT for the millionth time.
For the 8yr old it’s good because he loves the idea of being on the iPad. It’s not work it’s “electronics time”.
It’s been about a month on worksheet cloud so it’s early days but already there is less yelling and following and “did you do your work “ in my house. There is no price for peace in a home.

What I love most though is that the worksheet cloud team ACTUALLY respond if you say you have a challenge and they help you find your feet. An actual human being following up not some chatbot.

I was very skeptical about worksheet cloud inbthe beginning.
But I must say when I saw the eagerness in my son to progress and try new tests and the rewards.... there was no going back.
It's extremely informative and 100% aligned correctly.

I have tried a few other learning platforms and my boys have not been interested! Finally, I have found a platform that is totally relevant, engaging and useful. And to top it all off, my boys enjoy using it! The leaderboard is also a great incentive for them!

My son was on worksheet cloud in earlier primary school years, and it was good, but he didn't really need it. He breezed through Primary school.
Then Grade 8!!!! The leap from Primary school to High school is just downright crazy. There is a fault in the system. G8 Term 1 Marks were SHOCKING to be mild.
I received the e-mails and one day, on of them made me decide to subscribe. My son needed help. I figured with the option to cancel at any point, I could cancel if it didn't work for him.
Well, it works. It give practical Practice tests. My son tried to "Beat" the computer with Maths. This competition caused him to argue with the computer 😉 and eventually he worked out a problem. There was a concept he didn't get and he finally understood it. (He was getting 94% in G7, G8 T1 he got 65% T2 Math test he got 77%, and he told me that the problem he solved on WSC was the other 20% in that test. I am waiting for the Math exam results this week. I am confident it will be higher.
His marks have increased a few percent (between 1 and 8% so far) from Term 1 to Term 2. We have only received 5 resuts back. We are waiting for the rest.
I can say that WSC helped him with 'how to answer the question' which is a huge difference from G7 to G8. You have to answer papers differently.
It is working for us!! I will give another update when I get more results.

This has been amazing for my child, she really enjoys it and i love that she can improve her knowledge through the program.
