WorksheetCloud celebrated 11 years with a giveaway of over R100,000 in prizes for 60 families in Term 4 2025. Active WorksheetCloud learners earned prize draw entries by completing activities through the WorksheetCloud Rewards Hub, with prizes for both learners and parents.
The WorksheetCloud Rewards Hub lets learners earn Knowledge Points by answering practice questions on WorksheetCloud and use them to unlock rewards available during the current term. Learners find the Rewards Hub in a tab on their WorksheetCloud dashboard, alongside features such as Avatars, Sidekicks and a Leaderboard that make studying more engaging.
WorksheetCloud Study Notes break school content into bite-size slides with images, key definitions and textbook references with page numbers, to make studying for tests and exams quicker and easier. Study Notes cover Afrikaans, English, Natural Sciences, History and Geography for Grades 4 to 6, plus EMS for Grades 7 to 9.
To study for exams using WorksheetCloud, start with the Study Notes, which break topics into bite-size slides with key definitions and textbook references. Next, work through the Practice Questions, using hints when stuck and checking the memo afterwards. Only then attempt the Practice Exams, which have 20 to 40 questions and mirror real exam conditions.
A WorksheetCloud update added superpowered avatars, a new purple colour scheme and new sidekicks, including a dragon, unicorn, wolf and llama, chosen from user suggestions. A new pet tab lets learners interact with their sidekicks at any time, as part of making studying for exams less stressful and more fun.
The WorksheetCloud Leaderboard uses friendly competition to motivate learners to study. Learners earn Knowledge Points by answering practice questions and see where they rank alongside the three learners above and below them, who are at a similar academic level. The Leaderboard resets every school term, giving learners a fresh chance to climb.
