Sneak Peek: The NEW WorksheetCloud in 2020

Here’s a preview of the ULTRA AWESOME WorksheetCloud coming in 2020 …

2019 has been one of the best years we’ve ever had at WorksheetCloud.

It was just a few years ago in 2016 that I proudly proclaimed “we have 36,000 parents receiving our free weekly email and 62,000 followers on Facebook” in my end-of-year report. Now in 2019, our user base has grown exponentially, we have over 100,000 parents receiving our email newsletter, and over 120,000 parents following our content on Facebook.

And now we receive ravingly-positive customer reviews on a daily basis. Sometimes even on an hourly basis.

We have learners using WorksheetCloud in every corner of South Africa, from Joburg to Hotazel (hot-as-hell) โ€“ yes, thatโ€™s really a place in the Northern Cape. We even have learners joining us from Namibia and other neighbouring countries.

I’m proud of the business we’ve built, the app we’ve designed, and the fact that we’re helping children across Africa do better in their exams.

But 2020 is going to be the year where we smash all previous records. If the brand new WorksheetCloud (sneak peek below) doesn’t get your child excited for school, then nothing will.

We’ve been hard at work this year developing the new WorksheetCloud with one goal in mind: to get your child hooked on learning and studying.

And so I present to you a few behind-the-scenes screenshots of WorksheetCloud 2020 …

Introducing Study Notes – or cheat-sheets as we like to call them! ๐Ÿ˜‡

Your child will be able to do some brushing up on various topics BEFORE answering questions or practice exams in WorksheetCloud. Our new Study Notes are designed to give your child essential information along with hints and tips.

Totally new design, easy on the eyes

Let’s face it, the existing WorksheetCloud looks like it was designed in the 20’s. And we mean the 1920’s. The new WorksheetCloud? Well it ain’t boring no more …

But wait, there’s more!

Yip, there is even more. But we’re not going to let the entire cat out of the bag just yet. We’ll be posting another blog soon to reveal more.

As you can see, 2020 is going to be a bumper year. So if you haven’t signed up to WorksheetCloud yet, now’s your chance to get on the bandwagon. Click here to sign up now.

Note: Not all of these features will be available for all grades and subjects immediately. We’ll be introducing them over a period of a few months based on customer demand.

I’d love to hear what you think about the new WorksheetCloud! Please post your comments and questions below …

Hi Adrian…I have children at Primary and High School and I’ve often found that worksheets and question papers are limited unless in the FET phase. I have found Worksheet cloud useful but limiting as it does not cover all the curriculum subjects, hence my hesitation in signing up. I would certainly find it more relevant if all subjects could be covered, not just from the practice exam papers, but the weekly revision notes. It would assist the learners in being more independent with their studies. It would allow the parents more time to discuss their childs thinking in answering the questions. Hope it helps Kind regards

Thanks for your reply Toufeca! I’m passing your comment on to our Curriculum Team. We cover the major subjects from Grades 1 to 9, and Mathematics from Grades 10 to 12. We’re always willing to hear what extra subjects our customers would like added.

Our aim is to reduce the amount of time parents need to spend helping their children with test and exam preparation. So I believe that our new Study Notes feature will be highly beneficial.

I’m hoping that the new look and features will be great. Worksheet cloud has helped my son over the two years to improve his results however I find it tiresome to print out all the worksheets and memos. The online I felt is too little questions hence me preferring the printables. So I’m hoping that 2020 will be much better in motivating him to complete the tasks. Thanks

          Thanks for your feedback Fatima!

Little known fact: our online worksheets contain the same number of questions as the printable worksheets, however we only deliver 6 questions at a time in the online worksheets.

We will give parents the option of changing this in the future, in case you find 6 questions at a time to be too little (as you mentioned above).

I’m really happy to hear you’ve found WorksheetCloud to be beneficial over the past 2 years!

You do not need a PC, but you do need internet access. If you have a mobile device like a smartphone or tablet that is able to access the internet, then your twins will be able to access all our Grade 5 content from that device.

love the audio and that the collecting of coins will mean something now- my daughter will be impressed
please consider giving the answer to the Afrikaans questions in English as if she got something wrong she doesn’t understand the explanation so she ends up not doing Afrikaans at all and that is the main reason we signed up
    thank you

10 Ways to Build a Resilient Child Who Can Survive at School

Being resilient means that you know how to cope when you are faced with obstacles; that no matter what the circumstances, you will push past your limits to succeed. Resilience is very often defined as simply having emotional strength. It is also a very prevalent issue in society – children are seemingly not as resilient as they used to be.

Multiple Intelligences – What Does “Smart” Really Mean?

We canโ€™t all be master mathematicians or famous doctors. Who would create the music we listen to while we relax or exercise? Who would paint the artworks we love to admire? Who would write the books we love to read? Each and every child has their own unique talents and abilities. It is so important to encourage these, instead of pushing some ancient notion on your child.
